Sazani Associates

Sazani Associates asked Mikkel Grabowski to photograph school projects in Unguja and Pemba. Both islands are part of the Zanzibar archipelago.

The assignment required high-resolution, professional-quality photographs. The images were created for posters and websites. They helped communicate Sazani’s work and its commitment to sustainable change.

The project focused on community engagement and participatory research. Mikkel’s photographs documented the schools, projects and people involved in this work.

The assignment gave him an opportunity to capture the local environment and the impact of these community projects through photography.
