Lavinia

Lavinia asked Mikkel Grabowski to create a series of portraits of her. For the session, he chose a Hasselblad film camera with a 110mm f/2.0 Carl Zeiss lens.

The combination of the medium-format camera and the Carl Zeiss lens helped create a soft and detailed portrait. The classic character of film photography suited Lavinia’s natural beauty particularly well.

The images are part of Mikkel Grabowski’s portrait photography work, where he combines traditional film techniques with carefully chosen locations, cameras and lenses.
